Mr. Sabeh graduated in 2000 with a Civil Engineering Bachelor Degree from Saint Joseph University. He obtained a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering in 2004 and a Graduate Certificate in Geographical Information System in 2009 from University of South Florida. Mr. Sabeh is a registered professional engineer in Florida. He has a diversified experience in civil engineering and water resources including watershed management plans, Stormwater design, roadway and drainage improvements, surface water modeling, NPDES, and environmental permitting. Mr. Sabeh also has extensive expertise in water resources and environmental applications of GIS. He has been involved in the Florida Department of Transportation District 2 NPDES MS4 permit compliance, maintenance, and inspections of Stormwater management systems since 2005.
Tim Foushee, PE, Drainage Engineer, Ayres Associates
Mr. Foushee graduated in 2001 with a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville. In 13 years of experience (8 years with Ayres), Mr. Foushee has developed an expertise in stormwater analysis, design, and permitting for general civil and roadway engineering projects, including stormwater, roadway, and interstate improvements; utilities upgrades and relocations; flood alleviation; canal dredging; commercial and residential developments; drainage design/stormwater management/permitting; and Stormwater master planning with experience using applications in GIS. He has been involved in the FDOT NPDES program since 2006.
This presentation is intended to provide a practical overview of the compliance requirements of a Phase II NPDES MS4 permit and to present a central management system that was developed to access and input NPDES information and to ensure compliance with some of the mandatory NPDES program elements.
